BDP FL NHS ester是一种在488nm通道的染料,是一种类似于BODIPY FL® NHS ester的分子,还是荧光素的替代剂。用于标记蛋白和多肽的氨基活性染料。
虽然这种荧光染料的吸收和发射光谱比FAM的激发和发射通道范围小,处在其范围内,但BDP FL NHS ester有着更好的耐光性,在亮光下表现突出。但是在单色光分光器上,如果能调整到染料的*大发射波长处,将检测到更大信号亮度。
这种染料是中性的,小分子量,在结合物中也能保持高的量子产率。
该染料能够很好的替代fluorescein (FAM), BODIPY-FL, Alexa Fluor 488, DyLight 488, Cy2及其他在488nm纳米处激发的荧光染料。
